Apple crumble with maple syrup

Easy and quick to make, enjoy this dessert on its own or with a spoonful of yogurt, or for those with a sweet tooth, a good scoop of ice cream!


Ingredients for 4 ramekins

  • 3 bio apples

  • Juice of an organic lemon

  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp Happy Maple, Goût Robuste

For the crumble

  • 100g ground almonds

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 tbsp almond puree

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

  • Cut the apples

  • Place them in a bowl, add the lemon juice and maple syrup. Mix and then distribute them at the bottom of the ramekins. Bake for 15 minutes.

  • Prepare the crumble by mixing all the ingredients with your fingertips.

  • Distribute over the apples. Lower the oven temperature to 100 °C then leave to brown for 15 minutes.

  • Enjoy warm or cold!
