Maple bircher muesli

With this maple bircher muesli recipe based on the original Swiss recipe you can enjoy a delicious breakfast in no time !
4 tablespoons tender oatmeal
200-250 ml milk of choice (about 12-15 tbsp), we used the Almond Shake by Fit 'n' Tasty
50-100 grams of mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds, cashews, pecans)
2 tablespoons Happy Maple, Gout Riche
Mix the oats with about 12 tablespoons milk in a saucepan. The flakes should stir easily, if not, add more milk.
Warm up over low heat.
Squeeze the juice from half a lemon and add to the oatmeal.
If the oat flakes are too compact, loosen them up with 1-2 tablespoons of milk and stir well.
Roast some whole nuts in the pan and set aside for decoration. Chop the remaining nuts and add to the muesli.
Squeeze the juice from the other half of the lemon and place in a bowl. Grate the apple over the bowl and stir quickly and mix into the muesli.
Season with cinnamon and premium happy maple syrup and garnish with the nuts.
