Maple Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

These cookies are phenomenal: soft inside with a delicious peanut butter and happy maple taste.


  • 55 gr butter

  • 100 gr peanut butter

  • 90 gr brown

  • 100 gr happy maple, goût robuste

  • 1 package of vanilla sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tbsp of milk

  • 165 gr flour

  • 0,5 tsp bicarbonate of soda

  • 0,5 tsp salt

  • 225 gr dark chopped chocolate


  1. Mix flour, bicarbonate of soda and salt. Put aside

  2. Preheat the oven to 180°C

  3. Mix the butter and peanut butter

  4. Add white sugar, maple syrup, milk and egg. Stir well

  5. Add the flour mixture and stir

  6. Add the chopped chocolate

  7. Place the dough on the baking paper (You can make around 8-10 cookies)

  8. Back about 15 minutes and let cool down.

  9. Enjoy!
