Maple chocolate swirl popsicles

Some creamy and chocolatey ice cream for those hot summer days but in a plain and healthy version. Sounds good? Then we got you covered. We created a recipe for you with only three ingredients, no artificial sugar because our happy maple does a better sweetening job.

Ingredients for 6 popsicles

  • 600g of your favorite yogurt, we used vanilla soy

  • 8g cocoa powder

  • 30g happy maple Goût Délicat

How to

  1. Mix the yogurt with the maple syrup and combine well (add more maple if you want it sweeter).

  2. Split the yogurt in two parts.

  3. Add the cocoa powder to one part and combine well.

  4. Pour both mixtures into popsicle moulds by alternating layers.

  5. Place in the freezer for 4-5 hours or until frozen and set.

  6. Run moulds under hot water to easily remove popsicles.
