Maple-glazed roasted pumpkin

This maple-glazed roasted pumpkin with our premium happy maple syrup and fresh herbs is one of our new favorite way with pumpkin. Extra caramelization from a dash of maple syrup combined with the kick of fresh rosemary from the garden. We’ll happily have this any night of the week as the main!


  • 1 pumpkin

  • 2 tablespoons Happy Maple

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary or thyme

  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

  2. Place the pumpkin slices on a baking sheet.

  3. Season with salt, olive oil and maple syrup.

  4. Roast for 20 minutes.

  5. Add the fresh herbs.

  6. Optional: Serve on a houmous bed and enjoy !
