Happy Maple peanut butter energy balls

  • 30 g peanut butter

  • 60 g rolled oats

  • 13 dates

  • 2 tsp Happy Maple Goût Riche


Add all the ingredients into o a food processor and process for about 20-30 seconds until they form a flour-like consistency. If you want your date balls to have more texture, just process the oats less. Roll into small balls and store in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to eat!
