Maple Syrup Salad Dressing

  • 80 ml (1/3 cup) of extra virgin olive oil

  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) fresh squeezed lemon juice (or white vinegar)

  • 1 tablespoon Happy Maple Goût Riche

  • 1 teaspoon white almond butter

  • 2 teaspoons of mustard

  • 1 pinch of sea salt

  • 2 crushed cloves of garlic


Simply mix all ingredients! This maple syrup dressing is perfect and absolutely delicious for everything from roasted vegetables, shredded greens to leafy salads, quinoa or rice salads. It is not overly sweet (what we actually love about) and is well balance with a nice texture.
