Matcha Latte x Happy Maple

Rich in flavor, energy and health benefits, matcha is simply irresistible and delicious. This superfood is known for its antioxidant effects, for its energizing, detoxifying and natural metabolism stimulant properties. Matcha powder, native to Japan, is made from finely ground green tea leaves. With each sip, you are consuming all the goodness of the whole leaf.


  1. In a bowl, pour 1 or 2 bamboo spoons (1 tsp) of Matcha powder (depending on your taste if you like it rather light or strong).

  2. Add 1 tsp of maple syrup, goût délicat (or more for the greediest), and 25 ml of water heated to around 80 °C.

  3. Whisk using a matcha whisk, forming a "W", until a smooth, light green mixture is obtained.

  4. Add the milk of your choice in a cup – we love the unsweetened pea milk @besproud
