Overnight Maple Chocolate Chia Pudding
This overnight maple chocolate chia pudding is super simple and requires only 6 basic ingredients that are totally versatile. It is an easy recipe which is perfectly suitable for breakfast or dessert. Prepared in advance it is a super simple version that is naturally sweetened with maple syrup, vegan and gluten free.
Ingredients (for 2 portions)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 pinch salt
1/2 cup (125 ml) chia seeds
1/4 cup (60 ml) unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tbsp happy maple
1 1/2 cups (375 ml) plant-based milk or water
Whisk all ingredients together, chill in jars overnight and top with your favorite toppings in the morning.
