Vegan maple pumpkin spice latte

Autumn returns with its rain, freshness and pumpkins. The perfect opportunity to make a maple pumpkin spice latte, revisited with our organic maple syrup from happy maple which gives it sweetness and a slightly smoky taste.


  • 200ml milk of your choice

  • 3 tsp of happy maple, Goût Riche

  • 3 tsp of pumpkin purée

  • 1/2 tsp of pumpkin spice (recipe down below)

  • 1 espresso (optional)


Heat up half of the milk, happy maple, the purée and the pumpkin spice mix. Stir and mix well together. Froth the rest of the milk. Pour the hot milk in a glass, then the frothed milk and at the end the espresso. Enjoy!

Homemade pumpkin spice mix

  • 3 Tsp of cinnamon

  • 2 tsp of ground ginger

  • 2 tsp of ground nutmeg

  • 1 1/2 of pimento

  • 1 tsp of ground clove
