3-ingredient Strawberry Jam

June has arrived and with it, strawberry season. This easy, delicious, healthy alternative to sugar heavy jam recipes will be on the top of your to-make list this summer. It's been on repeat at our place, and is a perfect topping for toast, in natural yoghurt, on vanilla ice cream, in porridge, or even just to eat off a spoon!



  1. Cut and prep strawberries, place them in a saucepan over low-medium heat.

  2. When berries start to release their juices and “fall apart” add Happy Maple and leave to simmer for a few minutes.

  3. Add chia seeds, and simmer for 2-5 minutes longer.

  4. Fill mason jar while still hot, close with lid and turn upside down / let cool on the lid.

  5. Enjoy!
