Indulge in this Italian-inspired recipe, that will make you think you've gone to heaven. A twist on a classic dessert, revisited with Roasted Matcha and our organic maple syrup. Soft cream, biscuits dipped in Reoasted Matcha, grilled hazelnuts... and the pleasure is complete!
whipped cream (for 1 glas)
1 egg yolk
1 Tbs happy maple Goût Robuste
60g cream 33%
1g Roasted Matcha
24g Lady Fingers
Whip the cream and refrigerate.
Beat egg yolk until stiff, about 5-7 minutes.
Gradually stir in the organic maple syrup.
Add the mascarpone in 2 steps and stir until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Mix the Roasted Matcha with the 20ml water using the Matcha whisk.
Layer tiramisu: one layer of cream, top with Roasted Matcha-soaked biscuits, then top with cream again, then biscuits again, then cream.
Garnish with hazelnuts and enjoy! 🤎
