Salad bowl with maple salad dressing

Maple Mustard Salad Dressing is the perfect addition to any salador vegetable dish adding a rich creamy flavour.


  • 220g cooked chickpeas

  • 150 steamed potatoes - cubed

  • 1 regular cucumber or 5 mini cucumbers - cut into small cubes

  • A large handful of cherry tomatoes - thinly sliced

  • 100g vegan feta cheese - crumbled

  • 20g green olives - sliced

  • 20g dates - sliced, pitted

  • Fresh mint leaves


  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon mustard

  • 1 tablespoon happy maple, goût délicat

  • Juice from 1/2 lemon

Combine all dressing ingredients and mix until well combined. Combine all vegetables and salad ingredients in a large bowl as you add-in the sauce. Top with fresh mint leaves and enjoy!
