Maple Pumpkin Spice Latte

Maple Pumpkin Spice Latte, or better yet…autumn in a mug! This cosy fall drink with maple whipped cream is made with just a few simple ingredients, all found in your pantry and naturally sweetened with happy maple.


Maple Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients Maple Pumpkin Spice Latte

  • 1 cup milk of choice

  • 2-4 Tbsp pure pumpkin puree

  • 2-3 Tbsp happy maple syrup, Gout Riche

  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 2 shots espresso

Pumpkin Pie Spices

  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp nutmeg

  • 1 tsp ginger

  • 1/2 tsp allspice

Maple Cream

  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream or coconut cream

  • 1 Tbsp happy maple syrup, Gout Riche


How to

  1. Mix the Pumpkin Pie Spices together until well combined. Store in an air-tight container.

  2. Heat milk until desired temperature is reached.

  3. Pour into a blender along with the pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla, and pumpkin spices. Blend until well combined and frothy.

  4. Pour into your favorite mug, stir in fresh espresso.

  5. Maple cream: whip the cream until soft peaks form. Add the maple syrup and whip once more until combined and fluffy.

  6. Top your latte with the maple cream.

  7. Garnish with happy maple and some spices.

  8. Enjoy!
