This Matcha is bursting with freshness. It is made only from extra young shoots, those tender, bright green leaves that give an unparalleled flavor, and concentrate the most micro-nutrients, giving the best benefits. This is why it contains the maximum amount of chlorophyll, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.

Its quality and sweetness are perfectly consistent because we work each year in blends of several cultivars (A cultivar is a sub-variety, as for the vine varieties).
 
For this exceptional Matcha, we have used 3 cultivars: Okumidori, Yabukita, and Saemidori. They allow us to obtain an exceptional smoothness, a vibrant color and perfectly balanced flavors. As for all our Matchas, the leaves used come from the first harvest of May, which is the first of each year. It is the most qualitative by far.
