Berry yoghurt maple cups

A delicious recipe for crispy berry yoghurt maple cups, which we prepared with our Mini Chef. Creamy yogurt cups naturally sweetened with maple syrup and topped with fresh berries. These berry yoghurt maple cups are a delight for breakfast, for brunch or as an energy snack any time of the day!

Ingredients for berry yoghurt maple cups

  • 40g almonds

  • 100g fine whole-grain rolled oats

  • 100g raspberry jam

  • 2 ice cube moulds

How to

  1. Coarsely chop the almonds

  2. Add the almonds to the jam along with the oats, mix.

  3. Transfer the mixture to the ice cube trays (24 compartments), press down.

Ingredients for the maple berry yogourt

  • 150g plain greek yoghurt

  • happy maple syrup, Goût Riche

  • 100g berries (e.g. raspberries, blueberries, currant)

Comment faire

  1. Mix yogourt and maple syrup.

  2. Spread the yoghurt over the bases.

  3. Halve the berries,press into the yoghurt

  4. Cover and freeze for approx. 4 hrs.

  5. Transfer the ice cube trays to the fridge approx. 5 mins. prior to serving. Press the berry and yoghurt bites out of the trays. Enjoy ☺️
